Youth Ministries

We have a very active and spiritual youth group at Rockingham. 

Travel Club

We have a travel club that has toured various parts of the country.  They have traveled to Pennslyvania, New York and have attended different dinner theaters and other attractions.  They always have a great time.  If you are interested in joining the travel club please let Marley or Carol Long know. 

Children's Ministry

We have an outstanding Children's Ministry under the direction of Sister Carol Blake.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and has a heart for children.  Recently our children's church has been divided by age groups.  Listed below are the different ages and teachers.

We also have kid's worship every Sunday after Sunday School.

To present the gospel of Jesus Christ in a manner as to bring people to a personal relationship with Him, and to present and provide and atmosphere and avenue for growth mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Prison Ministry
Sister Myra Greene and Brother Terrry Roller minister at our local prison once every month.  This is another ministry that God is blessing.  They are touching lives and God is changing people for His glory. 

Softball & Volleyball Teams

This year we have been blessed to be able to have two softball teams at our local church this year.  We will be having an A team and a B team this year.  We have participated for years in the community and at our family fest in High Point.   Our church loves to fellowship with other churches in the community. 

We also particpate in the volleyball tournaments that are in the area.  We have an adult team and a youth volleyball team that competes.  Check back for updates on our volleyball and softball teams. 

Food Pantry

The Lord has blessed our church with the opportunity to have a food pantry.  Many church families and non church families have been blessed through this ministry.  We thank God for the privilege of providing this ministry.
